Q. Why don’t my fonts look the same as the screenshot when I use the template?
A. Depending on your license, the screen shot may vary slightly from the iWork and Office versions. Certain fonts that work on a Mac are not compatible with a PC. Additionally, your computer may not have the same fonts used in the creation of the template. Simply replace the font with a font of your choice. If you would prefer to have the font used that was in the sample, please contact us to discuss license fees associated with specific fonts.

Q. Are your templates compatible with other software such as Google Docs?
A. At this time, you can upload and share our templates on Google Docs, but we do not guarantee that they will import and be editable as Google Documents.

Q. Why do things keep disappearing when I adjust my timeline templates?
A. Due to the limitations in the functionality of iWork and Microsoft Office tools, when certain graphics over lap it can cause the background text or images to appear hidden. This can be resolved by selecting “Arrange” and “Bring to Front” or “Send to Back” on the file that is overlapping.
